OKONOMIYAKI@”DOREMI” GINZA March 3, 2008

Have you ever tried OKONOMIYAKI before?
It is like a pancake, but not sweet, and mixed with some vegetables and pork or beef.
DOREMI is my recommended restaurant in Tokyo.
Many TV programs have introduced this restaurant and the performance of putting mayo is very unique.  Please watch this video.

I really enjoyed all dishes and the atomosphere.
Unfortunately, there is no English menu and no English-speaking staffs.  But it is worth trying to be here, definitely.  The chef is a champion of OKONOMIYAKI!!
OTOSHI or appetiser: Tofu with sesami dressing in a SAKE cup.

STARBUCKS in Japan promotes SAKURA cup.  They start to sell SAKURA taste chocolate with a music CD titled “SAKURA ROAD” by indigo blue from March 1st, 2008.

‘SAKURA’ means cherry blossoms.

indigo blue is my favorite musician.  If you click here, you can listen to some of their music.   http://www.indigoblue.jp/

They are the first world champion of the Garage Band contest!!

I went to “SAKURA Party” in Midtown, Roppongi yesterday.  The main of the party was to talk about their concept of SAKURA goods like a tumbler.  There were many people, probably from STARBUCKS and some media companies.

SAKURA flower arrangement has been done by MASSA, a Japanese flower artist.  http://www.massa-artists.com/index.html

They played the below songs.

If you are planning to visit to Japan, don’t miss this CD!
SAKURA version is only in Japan!
